These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products by NEXZEN AH CO., LTD to the Buyer. NEXZEN AH CO., LTD may modify these terms by providing written notice to the Buyer.

If the Buyer places an order, accepts delivery of products, makes any payment under this invoice, or performs any action related to these terms, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted these terms.

If NEXZEN AH CO., LTD and the Buyer have entered into a contract governed by State regulations, clause 1.2 does not apply, and the terms of that contract take precedence over the terms in this document.

Payment Policy

NEXZEN AH CO., LTD offers the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is made directly upon receipt of the goods.

Bank Transfer
Detailed bank account information will be clearly stated in the contract and sent to you via email for your convenience.

Products will be invoiced upon dispatch.

Shipping Policy

NEXZEN AH CO., LTD is committed to processing and dispatching available products within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and agreements made with customers at the time of order placement.

Working Hours
Products will be delivered during the regular business hours of NEXZEN AH CO., LTD. If delivery is required outside of these hours, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Delivery Methods
We will use the most suitable methods and delivery partners to ensure the products reach customers safely and efficiently.

Special Requests from Customers
If customers request alternative delivery methods, all associated costs and risks will be borne by the customer. In the event that the customer does not take delivery when the product is ready or fails to arrange for collection within 10 business days after being notified, NEXZEN AH CO., LTD reserves the right to store the product or deliver it to one of the customer's provided addresses, at the customer's cost and risk.

Return and Exchange Policy

NEXZEN AH CO., LTD is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. In the following cases, please contact us for guidance on returning products as soon as possible:

Defective or Damaged Products
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not meet quality standards, you must notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Request for Product Return
You need to contact us within 7 days after receiving the product to report any issues such as expired products, damage before delivery, incorrect items sent, incomplete deliveries, or incorrect invoices. We will review and decide whether to accept the return request based on the specific circumstances.

Non-returnable Products
You understand that the following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Products that were ordered without the fault of the distributor or manufacturer.

Shipping Costs
Products returned without prior consent from NEXZEN AH CO., LTD may be sent back to you at your expense.
